Well the Web Browser may sometimes be the reason for the computer to work Slow so the best option is go ahead and reset the Internet Explorer to get the internet Speed as the cookies, Temporary Internet Files , History of Visited Websites, Saved Form Data, Saved Passwords, etc can make your web browser slow and make your internet speed slow as well . Specially when the computer is infected by a Virus then the browser needs to be Reset to make sure that the settings which the virus changed are reverted back to original one and hence the internet speed will improve.
